RETURN & REFUND
I stand behind the quality of my products and strive for 100% customer satisfaction. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your off-the-shelf purchase, I am happy to accept returns and issue refunds for items in their original condition, within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Please note that buyers are responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition. Unfortunately, I do not accept returns on customized items. However, I am committed to ensuring my customers are satisfied with their purchase. If you encounter any issues, please contact us and we will work to rectify the situation as soon as possible. I will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.

Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were received, and must not be used, washed, or altered in any way. All items will be individually reviewed upon return. If an item is returned in unsuitable condition, the refund will be voided.

Returns typically take 7-10 days to be received and processed. Once your return has been processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 5 working days for the refund to appear on your account.
